C-750 & SL-750 Cylinder Finisher Applications


A GOMACO SL-750 cylinder finisher working on a Hyundai test track for their vehicles manufactured in China became the first finisher to be controlled with a 3D guidance system. The project also utilized a track-mounted RC Conveyor and a 4000 series Spanit® work bridge with rubber tires.

The GOMACO C-750 with a power transition adjuster (PTA) is finishing a bridge deck. It is followed by a powered Spanit work bridge.




This GOMACO C-750 uses two, three-point finishing carriages for maximum efficiency to pave both sides of a bridge deck. The left carriage has the adjustable double augers and the right carriage has the standard augers, which operate ahead of the finishing cylinders.




The C-750 provides high-production finishing on this bridge project near Las Vegas, Nevada. The C-750 is capable of one-pass finishing widths up to 156 ft. (47.55 m) wide.




A C-750 is working along side of a GHP-2800 slipform paver during a project on the O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois.




Waste treatment facilities which require a 360 degree concrete finish can easily be accomplished with the C-750 pivot point operation.




Transition extensions are positioned in the center of the C-750 finisher to provide increased frame strength for widths over 120 ft. (36.58 m) up to 160 ft. (48.77 m). The frame transition extensions are available in 8 ft. (2.44 m) and 12 ft. (3.66 m) lengths, 5 ft. 4 in. (1.63 m) width, and a depth of 5 ft. (1.52 m).




The C-750 has operator-enhanced monitoring of machine functions with panel-mounted bogie and carriage circuit pressure gauges, hydraulic oil temperature gauge, and circuit test hour meter gauges.
